Step 3: Remove Google Drive LTI by Canvas as an App in Google Drive Open Google Drive and click the gear icon in the top-right corner. Select Settings, then go to Manage Apps. Locate Google Drive LTI by Canvas, click Options, then Disconnect from Drive. Click Done. Here is a screenshot of disconnecting the Google Drive LTI. Step 4: Log Out Log out of Canvas, Google Drive, and Google Chrome. On a Chromebook, log out of the device instead of Chrome. Close Chrome completely after logging out. Step 5: Clear Cache and Cookies Reopen Google Chrome. If on a Chromebook, log back into your account. Follow Google’s Cache and Cookies Clearing Guide. Ensure the time range is set to All Time before clearing. Step 6: Authorize Google Drive Again Follow this guide to Authorize Google Drive once more.
