To request a NNPS Cell Phone please submit a Service Request for the appropriate phone type. The Cell Phone Request Form below must be attached in order to process a request.

Cell Phones are usually ready in 72 hours but there may be delays depending on product availability. Please keep in mind there must be an appropriate justification for a smart phone and there is no ability to request a specific manufacturer, model, or color.
