How do I remove/put on a shared iPad protective case?
Modified on: Tue, 2 Jan 2024 8:51 AMRemoving an iPad case should only be considered if the case prevents the use of instructional technology such as Osmo reflectors and bases. iPads should remain in a protective case at all times to prevent damage.
The iPad case needs to be removed and replaced accurately to prevent damage to the case, the power button, and the glass screen. If you need additional support, please reach out to your site-based ITC.
