Make sure you are using the Whiteboard software on the ViewSonic Panel (not the software on your laptop).

Begin creating a Whiteboard file.

Log in to the Whiteboard software and click

1. The Magic Box

2. Then click on the Google Drive icon and open a previously-created Whiteboard file.

When you’re ready to save a Whiteboard file to the board, click 

1. The file folder icon to open File Management.

2. Then click the Save (floppy disk) icon to save the file directly to the board storage.

Name the file and click the checkmark.

(The first time you save the file, the Save As (floppy disk with a pencil)  icon will be highlighted, allowing you to name the file.  If you make future changes to the file, you can click the Save icon to save without having to name it again).

You can now close the Whiteboard software.

To access the saved file, click on Folders on the ViewBoard Home screen.

The file you saved will be listed on this screen.

Double tap to open the file.
