Clever Troubleshooting- Accessing Clever and Clever-supported Apps

If you are having issues accessing Clever or Clever-supported apps such as Dreambox, Smarty Ants or Seesaw on your iPad, try these troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue:


1. Turn Off Private Mode in Safari:


Open the Safari App on your iPad.

Select the Box Icon in the top right hand corner


Select the button labeled Private.

Private Mode is turned off when the word Private is no longer highlighted in white. 

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again. 

If you are still having an issue, please proceed to Step 2 below.



2. Close all Open Tabs in Safari:


Open the Safari App on your iPad.

Long-press (touch and hold) the “two-window” icon in the top right corner.

A menu of options should appear.

Select Close All ____ Tabs

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again. 

If you are still having an issue, please proceed to Step 3 below.



3. Clear Safari History and Website Data 



Open the Settings App on your iPad.

From the menu on the left, select Safari

From the menu on the right, select Clear History and Website Data.

From the Pop-Up window, Select Clear

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again.
