How to Remove Yourself from Google LTI Assignment Courses

Modified on: Tue, 18 Jun 2024 1:22 PM
If leaving the district, teachers should take time to remove association from all Google LTI 1.3 Assignment courses prior to their last day.

After a teacher’s last day, their division Google account will be disabled and difficult for others to replicate the following process. If a teacher does not remove association from all Google 1.3 Assignment courses, a “400 error” related issue will occur for all enrolled users and prevent access/submission to embedded assignments and work.

1. Navigate to https://assignments.google.com/ca to see all your associated courses listed.

2.  Select the Three Dots to the right of the course

3.  Select Delete course

4. In the prompt, Check the box next to the I understand that this action cannot be undone

5. Select Done.

Repeat these steps for each course.
Note: Be sure to select courses you are listed as an Instructor or Owner.
