Why Can't I Get Into My Zoom Class?
If you're receiving an error when trying to join your Zoom class, there may be a number of causes. To narrow it down, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the meeting time and class you're trying to join is correct.
2. If you are clicking on the Zoom link for the correct class and time, but are seeing details for the wrong class, try to clear your cache following these directions.
3. If you are using a personal device and are receiving a 403 Forbidden error, please check that you are not logged into Google Chrome under a personal account. If so, log out and log in with your NNPS School account.
