How Do I Clear The Cache In Google Chrome?
At times a cache reset can clear up issues with accessing assignments, Zoom meetings, and other various issues. To complete a cache reset, follow these steps:
1. Open Chrome and Navigate to the top right corner to Select the three dots
2. Select Delete browsing data
3. Within the Delete browsing data window:
- Be sure All Time is selected.
- The first few selections are already checked. Check the last two options as well, Hosted App Data and Site Settings.
4. Select Delete data. This will clear out old saved data from previous site visits.
Final Considerations:
For students: Restart your Chromebook and try to access the meeting or assignment once more.
For Teachers: Close out of Chrome browser and open once more.
