On the iPad that is checked out with the Swivl Robot . . .
- Open the Swivl app
- Sign in with Google
- Select Use another account if you have not logged into the Swivl app on that iPad before
Once you have logged in to the Swivl app . . .
- Go to Settings
tab
- Go to the Uploading section
- Toggle on Auto-upload & Storage Saver
Next click on the Robot tab 
- Click on Marker record button
- Select Start/Pause/Resume recording
- Click Done
Go to the Home tab 
and Click on REC
- Set the iPad in the SWIVL base with Home circle button on the right
- Plug in the white Lightning/USB-C cable
- Plug in the base power cord (if not charged).
- Power on the SWIVL base.
- Power on the Marker and press the center button to turn on/off the SWIVL robot tracking
- Wearing the Marker around the neck, press the Marker’s REC button to Pause/Resume the recording.
- Press the Stop button
on the iPad app to stop the recording.
- Title the video recording
- Then select Done
- The “processing” time will depend on the length of the recording.
After you receive an email from Reflectivity letting you know the video is ready to view, sign out of the Swivl app by . . .
- Clicking on the Profile tab
- Be sure Sign out after 24 hours is toggled on
- Click on the Sign Out button

Swivl videos can be accessed by clicking on the Videos tab on the Reflectivity site (cloud.swivl.com).

To share a private video with a colleague, click on the Share
button

Then click on
to share access with a colleague

Or select Weblink
- Create Weblink
- Select Copy weblink button and email the link.
To leave feedback at a particular timestamp in your video, pause and then click on the Star or Idea button. As they are created, feedback posts can be viewed by Everyone or Only me.
