Outlook: Settings to Consider
Accessing Settings
Go to the cog wheel in the upper right corner to access settings options for New Outlook

Accounts
Automatic Replies
Use automatic replies to let others know you cannot respond to emails. Set your replies to start and end at a specific time. Otherwise, they'll continue until you turn them off.

Signatures
Add and modify signatures that will be included in your emails. Choose which signature to add by default to your new emails and replies.


Categories
Create categories for your email and calendar to organize and track messages and events related to a project, task, or person. You can assign them names and colors.

Storage
Manage your account storage. Emptying the contents from a folder will help free up space. Items will be permanently deleted.
