How do I remove/put on a shared iPad protective case?
Removing an iPad case should only be considered if the case prevents the use of instructional technology such as Osmo reflectors and bases. iPads should remain in a protective case at all times to prevent damage.
Removing a shared iPad protective case
Remove the hard plastic front cover screen (black).
Remove the rubber casing (red).
Remove the hard plastic back cover (black).
Putting on a shared iPad protective case
Place iPad into the hard plastic back cover (black)
Make sure you can still see the camera lens on the back.
Place the rubber casing (red) around the entire back of the iPad.
Make sure you can still see the camera lens on the back.
Place the hard plastic front cover screen (black) over the top of the red rubber casing and secure the top, sides, and bottom.
Make sure the front camera lens and the “home” button shapes match up with the case.
The iPad case needs to be removed and replaced accurately to prevent damage to the case, the power button, and the glass screen. If you need additional support, please reach out to your site-based ITC.
