Clever Troubleshooting- Accessing Clever and Clever-supported Apps
If you are having issues accessing Clever or Clever-supported apps such as Lexia Core 5 or Seesaw on your iPad, try these troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue:
1. Turn Off Private Browsing in Safari:
Open the Safari App on your iPad.

Long-press (touch and hold) the Safari Menu Icon in the top left corner

Select the button labeled Start Page.
Private Browsing is turned off when the word Private no longer has a check mark beside it.

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again.
If you are still having an issue, please proceed to Step 2 below.

2. Close all Open Tabs in Safari:
Open the Safari App on your iPad.

Long-press (touch and hold) the “two-window” icon in the top right corner.

A menu of options should appear.
Select Close All ____ Tabs

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again.
If you are still having an issue, please proceed to Step 3 below.

3. Clear Safari History and Website Data
Open the Settings App on your iPad.

From the menu on the left, select Apps.

From the menu on the right, select Safari.

From the menu on the right, select Clear History and Website Data.

From the Pop-Up window, Select
All History
Close All Tabs
Then select Clear History

Go back to the Clever App on your iPad and login again.
