What Should I Do If My Chromebook Screen Is Broken?
If your chromebook screen is physically broken or if there are dark spots or lines that are making it difficult to complete work, the device will need to be taken to a site for repair or replacement.
If you are attending school in-person, take your device into school with you and the Technology Support Specialist on-site can assist you.
If you are attending school virtually, take the device to your nearest middle or high school during its hours of operation and the Technology Support Specialist on-site can assist you.
If you are attending school virtually due to quarantine, please contact the Technology Help Desk at (757) 881-5461 X12511 to discuss the replacement process.
